Open Saucier was created with a dream to build a workable platform for chefs, culinary artists, restaurants, and aspiring home cooks to come together for a single purpose: to create master recipes to share. Create, manage and showcase your recipes and menus online, with industry peers and the world.
What is Open Saucier?
Truthfully, this was just my way of sharing my family recipes with friends and folks that I’ve encountered and cooked for. But I realised it could be so much more than that. As a blend of logic and tastebuds – Open Saucier is a play on words of “Open Source” and “Saucier”.
